At Puzzle Apiary, each order is made to order just for you, so please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

No Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selections, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items If your puzzle arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. A replacement will be sent — no need to return the item.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, reach out via our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery and a replacement will be provided.

Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us through our Contact Us page and we'll investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we'll reship your order at no charge.

US Orders Only We currently ship within the United States only.
